After having played for 3 minutes, Johan Björk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Egídio Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olov Ahlbom in the 7th minute of play. Filip Fridlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th match minute, Rundvik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Nordstedt to maneuver through the defense. Sven-Olof Törnkvist charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven-Olof Törnkvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Loko Bastu booed when Rundvik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Olof Törnkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute Olov Ahlbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egídio Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dag Carlsson got free with Afanasiy Malitikov in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erik Nordstedt might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Afanasiy Malitikov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erik Nordstedt ran back to his position shaking his head. Filip Fridlund kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dag Carlsson got free with Afanasiy Malitikov in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 40 played minutes Loko Bastu got a freekick which was hit by Johan Björk. 45 minutes into the game, Erik Nordstedt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Afanasiy Malitikov. Erik Nordstedt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olov Ahlbom to make the kick off. Afanasiy Malitikov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Nordstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the match, Gustaf Friberger notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Loko Bastu's Afanasiy Malitikov. Afanasiy Malitikov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 58th minute Erik Nordstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afanasiy Malitikov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Einar Mossberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olov Ahlbom succeeded in the game's 63rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. Johan Björk took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Egídio Veiga. Egídio Veiga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Afanasiy Malitikov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Nordstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Stig Valström hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Dag Carlsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Afanasiy Malitikov. Loko Bastu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Olov Ahlbom dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Egídio Veiga, 3-3. Loko Bastu's Afanasiy Malitikov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Nordstedt in the 79th minute of play. A collision led to Loko Bastu getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Filip Fridlund hit a great ball. Egídio Veiga was a little too slow when Olov Ahlbom got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 3-4. Afanasiy Malitikov came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Rundvik's Erik Nordstedt. But to his dismay, Erik Nordstedt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-4.
