The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Brati FC's goal looked a bit too open when Svante Gustavsson came free, but Robin Vikström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th match minute, Brati FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christoffer Forssell to maneuver through the defense. Allan Möller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henry Asmundsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henrik Magnusson having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Ragnar Rosendal put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Henrik Magnusson. If Ragnar Rosendal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henry Asmundsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Henrik Magnusson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henry Asmundsson in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henrik Magnusson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sverige FF's Sven-Olof Dahlbom couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 37th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Brati FC. After 42 played minutes Sverige FF got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Fagerberg. Ragnar Rosendal struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Henrik Magnusson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brati FC.

Henry Asmundsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 0-2 became the score in the 56th minute when Ragnar Rosendal elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Sverige FF's Henrik Magnusson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sture Rosén in the 60th minute of play. Greger Bivall charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Greger Bivall the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Brati FC's Greger Bivall got a free kick in the 61st minute. Svante Gustavsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Henry Asmundsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henrik Magnusson. Sverige FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henry Asmundsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Robin Vikström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Möller in the 78th minute of the match. Robin Vikström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Svante Gustavsson in the 80th minute of play. After 82 played minutes Sverige FF got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Ove Bengtsson. Henrik Magnusson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragnar Rosendal in the 83rd minute of play. Henrik Magnusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragnar Rosendal in the 84th minute of the match. Magnus Helander charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Magnus Helander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 88th minute of the game. One of Sverige FF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Brati FC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Henrik Magnusson, was totally fooled by Brati FC's André Bratt, who 90 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 92nd minute, Christoffer Forssell had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. During the 92nd minute of the match Sven-Ove Bengtsson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Sven-Ove Bengtsson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 94th minute, Sven-Ove Bengtsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute of the match, Henry Asmundsson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Henrik Magnusson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Henry Asmundsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
