Racka FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jakob Alebom was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 25 minutes into the match, Racka FF's goal looked a bit too open when Svante Olofsson came free, but Staffan Sandström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Racka FF's zone, Jakob Alebom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Staffan Sandström came out of the goal and Jakob Alebom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Racka FF's Staffan Sandström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svante Olofsson in the 31st minute of play. Staffan Sandström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Svante Olofsson in the 33rd minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Racka FF's Oscar Botvidsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hans Lundin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 43rd minute Jakob Alebom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Staffan Sandström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Svante Olofsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Youngboys FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Svante Olofsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Staffan Sandström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The referee ignored Youngboys FF's protests and gave Joakim Smefeldt a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Youngboys FF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 74th minute. Penalty! 80 minutes into the match, Racka FF's goal looked a bit too open when Svante Olofsson came free, but Staffan Sandström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Jakob Alebom kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Staffan Sandström. That made the score 0-3 in the 92 minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Youngboys FF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
