Abbekås RK's George Lindqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthias Ekegren in the 6th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Martin Odén put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of George Lindqvist. In the 14th minute Martin Odén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Lindqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bertil Fanström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abbekås RK's George Lindqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthias Ekegren in the 17th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Odén in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Lindqvist saved Abbekås RK from getting behind. If Matthias Ekegren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Roland Lindström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emil Mickelsson in the 21st minute. George Lindqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Odén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute Martin Odén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Lindqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. George Lindqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthias Ekegren in the 46th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Simon Danielsson made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthias Ekegren in the 64th minute of play forced Abbekås RK's goalkeeper George Lindqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Odéns short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got George Lindqvist to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Simon Danielsson kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Martin Odén received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. George Lindqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
