Spectators: 7769 (Terracing: 5827, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 155) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Håkan Kiempe made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Hortlax's Paredes Malvido sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Verner Tomasson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alf Nilsson in the 4th minute of play forced Åre IK's goalkeeper Verner Tomasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paredes Malvido struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Verner Tomasson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hortlax. Åre IK's Verner Tomasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paredes Malvido in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Åre IK's goal looked a bit too open when Alf Nilsson came free, but Verner Tomasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alf Nilsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alf Nilsson in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Verner Tomasson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Åre IK's Verner Tomasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Min Boll in the 17th minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Hortlax's Alf Nilsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Verner Tomasson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 24 minutes into the game, Leo Weterio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Verner Tomasson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 28 minutes into the match, Alf Nilsson notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Åre IK's Verner Tomasson. Verner Tomasson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paredes Malvido took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Verner Tomasson. Verner Tomasson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Leo Weterio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Verner Tomasson having to make a save. Verner Tomasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf Nilsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paredes Malvido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Verner Tomasson having to interfere. Åre IK's Verner Tomasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alf Nilsson in the 46th minute of play. The Åre IK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hortlax were winning 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alf Nilsson was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Åre IK's goal looked a bit too open when Paredes Malvido came free, but Verner Tomasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 56th minute by Leo Weterio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Min Boll blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Verner Tomasson having to make a save. Alf Nilsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Verner Tomasson having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Paredes Malvido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Alf Nilsson took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Verner Tomasson to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paredes Malvido got free with Verner Tomasson in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 0-9 became the score in the 71st minute when Alf Nilsson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Paredes Malvido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Isac Dărmănescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, Hortlax's Verner Tomasson threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alf Nilsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Paredes Malvido managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hortlax's supporters rose to their feet, but Paredes Malvido was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Verner Tomasson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute, Hortlax's Isac Dărmănescu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Verner Tomasson. Verner Tomasson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. Verner Tomasson was a little too slow when Alf Nilsson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 0-11. Leo Weterio did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-12 to the left of a surprised Verner Tomasson 88 minutes into the match. Alf Nilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isac Dărmănescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
