Spectators: 7719 (Terracing: 5793, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 150) Juoksengi's Stor Mønster started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Juoksengi's Roland Lindström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Finnman in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ljungsbro's goalkeeper Pelle Hedkvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pelle Hedkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stor Mønster, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th match minute, Juoksengi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hálfdan Hálfdánsson to maneuver through the defense. Juoksengi's Roland Lindström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars-Erik Hellström in the 22nd minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Juoksengi's goalkeeper Roland Lindström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thor Danielsson. After 28 minutes of play, Juoksengi's Matthias Ekegren made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pelle Hedkvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 36th minute Matthias Ekegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pelle Hedkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Ljungsbro's Thor Danielsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roland Lindström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 39 minutes into the game, Juoksengi's Matthias Ekegren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pelle Hedkvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lars-Erik Hellström made a kick off. If Thor Danielsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pelle Hedkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stor Mønster, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The supporters of Ljungsbro booed when Juoksengi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Billy Oja didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Ljungsbro getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Rutger Lange hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Matthias Ekegren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juoksengi's supporters rose to their feet, but Matthias Ekegren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pelle Hedkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 65 played minutes Juoksengi got a freekick which was hit by Yao Yang. Juoksengi made a substitution. Martin Odén replaced Stor Mønster. Yao Yang kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 72nd match minute, Ljungsbro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rutger Lange to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Matthias Ekegren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juoksengi's supporters rose to their feet, but Matthias Ekegren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pelle Hedkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Ljungsbro's Rutger Lange got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 85th minute, Rutger Lange hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matthias Ekegren kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 87thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Ljungsbro's keeper Pelle Hedkvist was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Karl-Erik Magnusson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pelle Hedkvist having to interfere. Chants of Juoksengi echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Ljungsbro had held the ball for most of the match.
