Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lars-Erik Hellström took the kick off in the first half of the match. Billy Karlsson came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Ljungsbro's Gösta Finnman. But to his dismay, Gösta Finnman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 9th minute, Thor Danielsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ljungsbro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpected shot in the 12th minute by Olof Morat got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 19th minute of the match Timmy Mikaelsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Billy Karlsson skillfully saved the ball. Lars-Erik Hellström struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Billy Karlsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ljungsbro. Lars-Erik Hellström scored 0-3 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Billy Karlsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Billy Karlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars-Erik Hellström in the 33rd minute of the match. Bosse Bollklubb's Billy Karlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Finnman in the 34th minute of play. Billy Karlsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thor Danielsson went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Pelle Hedkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Måns Finsberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 minutes of play, Ljungsbro's Lars-Erik Hellström made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Billy Karlsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arman Sjöman to make the kick off. If Lars-Erik Hellström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Thor Danielsson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ljungsbro's Sigvard Wennerlund quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Sebastian Nordmark, made in the 67th minute of the game. In the 67th minute Gösta Finnman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Billy Karlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars-Erik Hellström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Billy Karlsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thor Danielsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Billy Karlsson having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars-Erik Hellström in the 77th minute of play forced Bosse Bollklubb's goalkeeper Billy Karlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gösta Finnman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Billy Karlsson having to interfere. 81 minutes into the match, Bosse Bollklubb's goalkeeper Billy Karlsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thor Danielsson. Bosse Bollklubb's Måns Finsberg got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Ljungsbro fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Ljungsbro's Lars-Erik Hellström looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ljungsbro's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
