George Lindqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bengt-Rune Hjeltman's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. George Lindqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kent Busk in the 13th minute. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind MZ Dream Team's goalkeeper Gustav Vase, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bengt-Rune Hjeltman in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Lindqvist saved Abbekås RK from getting behind. Kent Busk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kent Busk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Lindqvist having to interfere. A collision led to Abbekås RK getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Simon Andersson hit a great ball. George Lindqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Rune Hjeltman in the 41st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kent Busk got free with George Lindqvist in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Kent Busk managed to get in a good position for a shot. MZ Dream Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Kent Busk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. George Lindqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bengt-Rune Hjeltman to strike the kick off in the second half.
