Lukas Kihlman ran back to his position shaking his head. Lukas Kihlman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alekärr IF's Torsten Dahlquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukas Kihlman in the 8th minute of play. Galo Soccers's Juozapas Garbačiauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Gudmundsson in the 9th minute of play. Juozapas Garbačiauskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Börje Andberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per-Olof Asserlindh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 18 minutes into the game, Torbjörn Smefeldt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alekärr IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galo Soccers the free kick. In the 18th match minute, Alekärr IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torbjörn Smefeldt to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Alekärr IF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jon Allbom was slow to take the kick. During this time Galo Soccers's players had a chance to rest. When Galo Soccers's Lukas Kihlman in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alekärr IF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 30th minute, Lukas Kihlman made a precise shot to the right of Torsten Dahlquist. Alekärr IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 32 minutes into the match, Per-Olof Asserlindh notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Alekärr IF's Torsten Dahlquist. Torsten Dahlquist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Axel Gudmundsson charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Axel Gudmundsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th minute, Axel Gudmundsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th match minute, Galo Soccers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulf Hägg to maneuver through the defense. Jon Allbom took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Torsten Dahlquist. Torsten Dahlquist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Juozapas Garbačiauskas made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Axel Gudmundsson sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Alekärr IF's zone, Lukas Kihlman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torsten Dahlquist came out of the goal and Lukas Kihlman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Jon Allbom was extremely unlucky when he, in the 51st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Torsten Dahlquist was a little too slow when Lukas Kihlman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-5. Ståle Stolpe scored 1-5 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juozapas Garbačiauskas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Alekärr IF defense, Lukas Kihlman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Torsten Dahlquist. The Alekärr IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Torsten Dahlquist should have stopped the shot. Torsten Dahlquist made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Per-Olof Asserlindh sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Gudmundsson in the 70th minute of play forced Galo Soccers's goalkeeper Juozapas Garbačiauskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lukas Kihlmans short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Torsten Dahlquist to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jon Allbom received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Torsten Dahlquist came out and tried to block the shot, but Jon Allbom slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 77th minute. With a little luck, Alekärr IF's Torsten Dahlquist got control of the ball when Lukas Kihlman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jon Allbom received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Torsten Dahlquist came out and tried to block the shot, but Jon Allbom slotted it home off the left post making it 1-8 in the 87th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Kjell Kjellkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Torsten Dahlquist. Alekärr IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kjell Kjellkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-9. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Torsten Dahlquist successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Galo Soccers booed when Alekärr IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torbjörn Smefeldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 98th minute Jon Allbom managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. The Alekärr IF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Galo Soccers were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
