Ivan Igelström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Fabian Björkdal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Banana Juicers's goal looked a bit too open when Leif Gråberg came free, but Vilhelm Kjellbom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Banana Juicers's Vilhelm Kjellbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ólafur Fahlgren in the 16th minute of play. Vilhelm Kjellbom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Söderqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute Per Söderqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Kjellbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivan Igelström in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Björkdal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vilhelm Kjellbom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Söderqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 29th minute, Per Söderqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vilhelm Kjellbom was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 33rd minute of the match Bo-Erik Sigfridsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vilhelm Kjellbom skillfully saved the ball. Per Söderqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vilhelm Kjellbom having to make a save. A collision led to Banana Juicers getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Holger Höijer hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Ola Sundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Najse BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Ola Sundberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vilhelm Kjellbom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 46th minute Per Söderqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Kjellbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Kalle Bivall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Per Söderqvist made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Banana Juicers's goalkeeper Vilhelm Kjellbom, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Leif Gråberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vilhelm Kjellbom. That made the score 0-3 in the 57 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Banana Juicers's zone, Leif Gråberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vilhelm Kjellbom came out of the goal and Leif Gråberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Ivan Igelström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Björkdal was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Banana Juicers were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after Najse BK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kalle Bivall took the corner. Banana Juicers made a substitution. Ivar Pilblad replaced Ivan Igelström. Leif Gråberg took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vilhelm Kjellbom. Vilhelm Kjellbom dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. In the 73rd minute, Najse BK's Leif Gråberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. If Leif Gråberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Gråberg in the 78th minute of play forced Banana Juicers's goalkeeper Vilhelm Kjellbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vilhelm Kjellbom didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per Söderqvist went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. When the match was over Najse BK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Banana Juicers throughout the match.
