An unexpectedly hard shot by Algot Brask in the 12th minute of play forced Rex Scania MFF's goalkeeper Bogdan Stelea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Småland Utd were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Rex Scania MFF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gösta Gustafsson took the corner. Roger Winström hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Bogdan Stelea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Berggren in the 17th minute of the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Batuhan Öztürk was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Sven-Ove Lövgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Stelea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 played minutes Rex Scania MFF got a freekick which was hit by Batuhan Öztürk. 69 minutes into the game, Sven Wennersten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Bogdan Stelea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 71 minutes, Arman Hansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Småland Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arman Hansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frank Berggren might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bogdan Stelea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Berggren ran back to his position shaking his head. With an all-out effort, Småland Utd's Bogdan Stelea threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Frank Berggren, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 76 minutes into the match, Rex Scania MFF's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Ove Lövgren came free, but Bogdan Stelea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bogdan Stelea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Ove Lövgren in the 95th minute of the match. Småland Utd's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
