After 4 played minutes Ninjas in Pyjamas got a freekick which was hit by Fritz Lindqvist. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sture Göransson in the 5th minute of play forced Ninjas in Pyjamas's goalkeeper Alisson Becke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alisson Becke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sture Göransson's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Ninjas in Pyjamas's Alisson Becke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sture Göransson in the 12th minute of play. In the 16th minute Sture Göransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisson Becke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helge Gustafsson in the 24th minute of play forced Ninjas in Pyjamas's goalkeeper Alisson Becke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl Molander hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Alisson Becke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sture Göransson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ninjas in Pyjamas's Karl Molander got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute SJÖARED were awarded a corner. Tim Hellbom went to the cornerflag to take it. SJÖARED's Sture Göransson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alisson Becke in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Alisson Becke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sture Göransson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ninjas in Pyjamas's Evert Wennerqvist got a free kick in the 39th minute. Gunnar Hellström hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The Ninjas in Pyjamas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SJÖARED were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sture Göransson to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Sture Göransson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alisson Becke was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ninjas in Pyjamas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Sture Göransson scored to the left of an out of position Alisson Becke, making the score, 0-3. SJÖARED made a substitution. Ola Hansson replaced Tim Hellbom. Vilhelm Lidman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alisson Becke having to interfere. When SJÖARED's Sture Göransson in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ninjas in Pyjamas's goalie prevented a goal. Helge Gustafsson kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. The supporters of Ninjas in Pyjamas booed when SJÖARED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Helge Gustafsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urban Rudberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 72 in the game by Helge Gustafsson from a close distance when the talented Alisson Becke managed to make a qualified save. Ninjas in Pyjamas's players were relieved. A collision led to SJÖARED getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Helge Gustafsson hit a great ball. Isak Qvarnström's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alisson Becke firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Dante Txema had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 83rd play minutes Urban Rudberg shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Alisson Becke and just under the crossbar into goal. Alisson Becke didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when SJÖARED's Urban Rudberg shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-6 in the ordered_time% minute. SJÖARED's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
