Per-Oskar Mårtensson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emanuel Stenqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Ciro Hustaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Ian Vinström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Per-Oskar Mårtensson made a kick off. During the 54th minute of the match Johannes Öberg completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Johannes Öberg a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Ödsmål's Ian Vinström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Hedkvist in the 56th minute of play. Askars ik were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Ödsmål's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ciro Hustaz took the corner. In the 62nd minute Edgar Jakubiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Vinström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciro Hustaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ian Vinström having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ciro Hustaz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ian Vinström was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Ciro Hustaz sped through Ödsmål's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ian Vinström. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciro Hustaz in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ian Vinström saved Ödsmål from getting behind. If Östen Brander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st match minute, Ödsmål was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils Ekström to maneuver through the defense. The Askars ik fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Askars ik's Ciro Hustaz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Askars ik's Östen Brander got a free kick in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Ciro Hustaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Ian Vinström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ciro Hustaz scored 11-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ian Vinström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Askars ik fully deserved thier win.
