The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Änglarna FF's Roy Eklund got a free kick in the 2nd minute. 5 minutes into the match, Änglarna FF's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Sjö came free, but Edgar Lindblom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute, Angel Gorosti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Lindblom was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Seyfullah Sani might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgar Lindblom. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Seyfullah Sani ran back to his position shaking his head. Leif Rudqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Emil Löv had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Bertil Näfver's late challenge caught a FC Perkele's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bertil Näfver helped the player get up and apologised. The audience was convinced that Angel Gorosti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgar Lindblom was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. The Änglarna FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgar Lindblom should have stopped the shot. After 27 played minutes, FC Perkele's Yu Guang De shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edgar Lindblom came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Perkele reached it. The audience was convinced that Angel Gorosti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgar Lindblom was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. After 30 minutes of play, FC Perkele's Seyfullah Sani made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgar Lindblom was left in no man's land by his defense there! 33 minutes into the game, FC Perkele's Lars Sjö nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgar Lindblom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Edgar Lindblom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Achav Denis in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Änglarna FF's goalkeeper Edgar Lindblom, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Seyfullah Sani's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgar Lindblom was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. 39 minutes into the match, Angel Gorosti notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Änglarna FF's Edgar Lindblom. Änglarna FF's Edgar Lindblom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Gorosti in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Seyfullah Sani who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Edgar Lindblom when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 53 minutes into the game, FC Perkele's Lennart Hermansson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgar Lindblom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Lennart Hermansson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edgar Lindblom came out and tried to block the shot, but Lennart Hermansson slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 59th minute. 63 minutes into the match, FC Perkele's goal looked a bit too open when Esbjörn Ahlbeck came free, but William Fransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lennart Hermansson got free with Edgar Lindblom in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 67th minute, Lars Sjö ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Lindblom was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. In the 71st minute, FC Perkele's Lars Sjö dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. 76 minutes into the match, Änglarna FF's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Gorosti came free, but Edgar Lindblom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jens-Ola Askstedt was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Jens-Ola Askstedt hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Edgar Lindblom made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Lennart Hermansson sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Edgar Lindblom managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when FC Perkele's Seyfullah Sani fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Änglarna FF's Edgar Lindblom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Gorosti in the 84th minute of play. Edgar Lindblom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seyfullah Sani in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Lennart Hermansson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edgar Lindblom, 0-12. Lennart Hermansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Lindblom having to interfere. Lennart Hermansson took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgar Lindblom. Edgar Lindblom dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-13. 97 minutes into the match, FC Perkele's Lars Sjö sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgar Lindblom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match was over FC Perkele could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Änglarna FF throughout the match.
