In the 9th minute, Arvin Karlsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jämjö hitters's Osvaldo Lander couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 9th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gränden FK. Jämjö hitters's Douglas Vallgren got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 18 minutes of play, Jämjö hitters's Zebastian Isaksson made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan-Åke Dahlgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Alexander Sundling's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fredric Gustafsson was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Douglas Vallgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Börge Apelkvist charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 32 played minutes Gränden FK got a freekick which was hit by Börge Apelkvist. 34 minutes into the match, Gränden FK's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Vallgren came free, but Jan-Åke Dahlgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zebastian Isaksson took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan-Åke Dahlgren. Jan-Åke Dahlgren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Jämjö hitters's attentive Mark Salkvist managed to snatch the ball when Arvin Karlsson made a throw-in in the 43rd minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alexander Sundling made a kick off. Jan-Åke Dahlgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zebastian Isaksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan-Åke Dahlgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Douglas Vallgren in the 61st minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Douglas Vallgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jan-Åke Dahlgren. Gränden FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Douglas Vallgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zebastian Isaksson in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan-Åke Dahlgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 68 minutes into the match, Gränden FK's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Vallgren came free, but Jan-Åke Dahlgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan-Åke Dahlgren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zebastian Isaksson went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. During the 77th minute of the match Olof Wennerqvist completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Olof Wennerqvist a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Olof Wennerqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Paolo Pazzini succeeded in the game's 79th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 7-0. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gränden FK's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Dahlgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Zebastian Isaksson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jämjö hitters's supporters rose to their feet, but Zebastian Isaksson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Åke Dahlgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 86 minutes into the match, Gränden FK's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Pazzini came free, but Jan-Åke Dahlgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan-Åke Dahlgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zebastian Isaksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The Jämjö hitters fans cheered their team off the field, for while Gränden FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
