Spectators: 7650 (Terracing: 5739, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 152) Nykvarn's Rikard Wallin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Haparanda FF's goal looked a bit too open when Rikard Wallin came free, but Jens-Åke Vester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 5th minute, Josef Lagerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Haparanda FF's Jens-Åke Vester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Ove Björkqvist in the 7th minute of play. Jens-Åke Vester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Anundsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Haparanda FF's Jens-Åke Vester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Anundsson in the 16th minute of play. Jens-Åke Vester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rikard Wallin in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of Nykvarn booed when Haparanda FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolf Lindholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 minutes of play, Nykvarn's Carl Anundsson made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jens-Åke Vester was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 26 played minutes Haparanda FF got a freekick which was hit by Jonny Löfkvist. Bertil Sjöberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Håkan Njurenius in the 30th minute of the match. After 31 minutes of play, Nykvarn's Carl Anundsson made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jens-Åke Vester was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Malcolm Vesterberg fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haparanda FF's protests and gave Malcolm Vesterberg a yellow card for diving instead. Malcolm Vesterberg kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Haparanda FF defense, Carl Anundsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens-Åke Vester. The Haparanda FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens-Åke Vester should have stopped the shot. Torgny Hellgren scored 1-5 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jens-Åke Vester, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Haparanda FF defense, Rikard Wallin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens-Åke Vester. The Haparanda FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens-Åke Vester should have stopped the shot. After the first half Nykvarn were leading 1-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Håkan Njurenius stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52nd play minutes Carl Anundsson shot 1-7, a short shot which went by Jens-Åke Vester and just under the crossbar into goal. Haparanda FF's Jens-Åke Vester proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Haparanda FF from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the match, Haparanda FF's goal looked a bit too open when Rikard Wallin came free, but Jens-Åke Vester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Haparanda FF's Axel Alfors got a free kick in the 61st minute. Olof Albäck kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Haparanda FF's goalkeeper Jens-Åke Vester, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nykvarn's Carl Anundsson got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jens-Åke Vester didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carl Anundsson went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-8 was the resulting score. Olof Albäck struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Bertil Sjöberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haparanda FF. In the 87th minute Anton Gallberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Åke Vester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joacim Stigsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jens-Åke Vester came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Nykvarn's Martin Källberg. But to his dismay, Martin Källberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-9. Anton Gallberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Åke Vester having to interfere. Nykvarn played a much better game than Haparanda FF and deserved their victory. The Haparanda FF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
