FC Karlskoga's Remigiusz Tomaszewski was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 6th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sonny Algren got free with Olov Lilja in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13th match minute, FC Karlskoga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egil Kielberg to maneuver through the defense. Olov Lilja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sonny Algren, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bo-Erik Pedersson in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Finsberg saved FC Karlskoga from getting behind. Olov Lilja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigiusz Tomaszewski in the 23rd minute of play. Sonny Algren kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andréas Asserlind in the 28th minute of play forced FC Karlskoga's goalkeeper Edgar Finsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute Karl-Johan Bocklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Lilja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bo-Erik Pedersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigiusz Tomaszewski in the 60th minute of play forced Fågelmara IK's goalkeeper Olov Lilja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olov Lilja stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Remigiusz Tomaszewski's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. If Karl-Johan Bocklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Johan Bocklund in the 67th minute of play forced Fågelmara IK's goalkeeper Olov Lilja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remigiusz Tomaszewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olov Lilja having to make a save. In the 77th minute Cristian Chan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Lilja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
