After a defensive mix-up in Kanaryalar's zone, Sven-Edvin Engström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Ruisko came out of the goal and Sven-Edvin Engström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 5 played minutes, Team North Invest's Anders Söderström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Adolfo Ruisko came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Team North Invest reached it. Einar Martinsson's late challenge caught a Kanaryalar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Einar Martinsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12thth minute of the game Leonard Blomqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Team North Invest's Folke Wennerström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Alvar Aspengren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kanaryalar's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvar Aspengren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Folke Wennerström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Folke Wennerström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonard Blomqvist went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 19 minutes into the game, one of Team North Invest:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Folke Wennerström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Blomqvist in the 26th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Team North Invest's goal looked a bit too open when Vural Sadri came free, but Folke Wennerström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eric Dahlquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Folke Wennerström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Blomqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Vural Sadri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folke Wennerström having to interfere. In the 47th match minute, Team North Invest was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Einar Martinsson to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven-Edvin Engström to strike the kick off in the second half. Adolfo Ruisko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Einar Martinsson in the 52nd minute of play. Alvar Aspengren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folke Wennerström having to interfere. Team North Invest's Folke Wennerström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvar Aspengren in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Kanaryalar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Blomqvist to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 58 minutes, Sven-Edvin Engström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Team North Invest's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven-Edvin Engström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonard Blomqvist in the 61st minute of play forced Team North Invest's goalkeeper Folke Wennerström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Leonard Blomqvist put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Folke Wennerström. After a rather tough play, Team North Invest's Osvald Västberg got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 88th minute, Vural Sadri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Leonard Blomqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Folke Wennerström. Team North Invest's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonard Blomqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Leonard Blomqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Folke Wennerström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, Björn Sundin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adolfo Ruisko. Kanaryalar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Björn Sundin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. When the match was over Kanaryalar could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Team North Invest throughout the match.
