Spectators: 7576 (Terracing: 5746, Seating: 1700, VIP seats: 130) Harge FC's Pontus Skark started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd play minute Zé Roberto Cavalcante came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Calle Sandström. 1-0. Sabahattin Yurdaer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Calle Sandström was a little too slow when Zé Roberto Cavalcante got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 11th match minute, Harge FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred Kjellberg to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mattias Strandberg got free with Calle Sandström in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Herbert Thorsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabahattin Yurdaer in the 15th minute of the match. Herbert Thorsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabahattin Yurdaer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Man United's zone, Pontus Skark stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herbert Thorsberg came out of the goal and Pontus Skark tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Man United getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Karl-Åke Ekeroth hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute, Sabahattin Yurdaer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Roberto Cavalcante took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Calle Sandström. Calle Sandström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Harge FC's goalkeeper Calle Sandström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Calle Sandström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sten Lundblad in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, Harge FC's Elliott Rudberg got a free kick in the 29th minute. Calle Sandström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Roberto Cavalcante in the 31st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Thomas Falk took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Calle Sandström to make any attempt to save it. When Sten Lundblad fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Man United's protests and gave Sten Lundblad a yellow card for diving instead. Pontus Skark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Thorsberg having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

In the 52nd minute, Mattias Strandberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, Harge FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sten Lundblad came free, but Calle Sandström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Man United's Sten Lundblad sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Calle Sandström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Roberto Cavalcante in the 65th minute of play forced Harge FC's goalkeeper Calle Sandström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 66 minutes, Ingvar Lingren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Harge FC and the Man United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Man United made a substitution. Georg Bennet replaced Oliver Leppilampi. Ingvar Lingren kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Thomas Falk scored 6-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Calle Sandström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Sten Lundblad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Harge FC's Ingvar Lingren got his second yellow card of the match in the 77th minute. The referee ordered Ingvar Lingren off the ground. In the 78th minute, Ingvar Lingren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harge FC's Calle Sandström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mattias Strandberg in the 81st minute of play. If Sten Lundblad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Herbert Thorsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pontus Skark in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Mattias Strandberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Man United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0.
