In the 23rd minute Jonathan Skytt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saltuk Arabacıoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicasio Salvadore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Saltuk Arabacıoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Black Ghost who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Balázs Kurucz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Balázs Kurucz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Uno Kilman's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Balázs Kurucz made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Nils-Erik Blomqvist sent off a good shot on target. Mjällby AIF's Walter Löfgren was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Balázs Kurucz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Nicasio Salvadore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saltuk Arabacıoğlu having to interfere. Nicasio Salvadore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Balázs Kurucz managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when Mjällby AIF's Uno Kilman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonathan Skytt made a kick off. Balázs Kurucz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uno Kilman in the 52nd minute of the match. Mjällby AIF's Black Ghost suffered a sprained foot after 52 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Mjällby AIF's Fred Siggesson was substituted for Black Ghost. After a rather tough play, BK Höllviken's Karl-Åke Hjortsberg got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Balázs Kurucz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Stalin, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Saltuk Arabacıoğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicasio Salvadore in the 57th minute. Jonathan Skytt scored 1-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Saltuk Arabacıoğlu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Mjällby AIF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. BK Höllviken made a substitution. Stig Ivarsson replaced Jónás Gulyás. 78 minutes into the game, Uno Kilman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Balázs Kurucz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mjällby AIF's Saltuk Arabacıoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvar Soned in the 86th minute of play. When Nicasio Salvadore fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BK Höllviken's protests and gave Nicasio Salvadore a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, BK Höllviken's Nicasio Salvadore got a free kick in the 88th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Walter Löfgren threw the ball into play from the sideline. BK Höllviken's August Brander quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.
