Spectators: 7757 (Terracing: 5820, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 154) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Samuel Sellberg started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Galatasaray SK's Gunnar Drewitz got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Laxå IK's Fredrik Winström couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Galatasaray SK. Laxå IK's Eric Grep proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Laxå IK from getting a goal against them. After having played for 6 minutes, Samuel Sellberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galatasaray SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Sellberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Galatasaray SK booed when Laxå IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Albäck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karl-Åke Duset hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. When Samuel Sellberg came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Galatasaray SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Sellberg couldn't finish the play. Henning Sundberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Blom in the 21st minute of the match. A collision led to Laxå IK getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Måns Löfgren hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Laxå IK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eric Österlund fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 27th minute Samuel Sellberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Grep saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Galatasaray SK's Eric Grep threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ulf Wennerberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Eric Grep was a little too slow when Eric Österlund got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 1-0. If Samuel Sellberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the match, Karl-Åke Duset notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Laxå IK's Eric Grep. Eric Grep was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Galatasaray SK booed when Laxå IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Albäck didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Laxå IK's Xavi Joinvilense got a free kick in the 43rd minute. 47 minutes into the match, Emran Yeten notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Laxå IK's Eric Grep. Eric Grep was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valentin Blom stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julio Dobbins kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Emran Yeten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Samuel Sellberg notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Laxå IK's Eric Grep. Eric Grep was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 65th match minute, Laxå IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian de Amorim to maneuver through the defense. In the 67thth minute of the game Samuel Sellberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laxå IK's Eric Grep was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Galatasaray SK's Sven-Arne Forsberg couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 69th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Laxå IK. Måns Löfgren hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the match, Laxå IK's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Sellberg came free, but Eric Grep reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eric Grep showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulf Wennerberg in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 78th minute Samuel Sellberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Grep saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Samuel Sellberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eric Grep was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Silviano Abendano hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Galatasaray SK made a substitution. Tomas Ahlström replaced Eric Österlund. Samuel Sellberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Eric Grep tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valentin Blom charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valentin Blom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Valentin Blom kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Samuel Sellberg put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Eric Grep. Eric Grep took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Ahlström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eric Grep stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Ahlström's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Samuel Sellberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Galatasaray SK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
