Spectators: 7545 (Terracing: 5767, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 10) Groose FC's Jens-Ove Söderqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stellan Abelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Ove Näver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jan Walmarsson fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Groose FC's protests and gave Jan Walmarsson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Groose FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Jan Walmarsson hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Jens-Ove Näver managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ankeborgs Plättarna's supporters rose to their feet, but Jens-Ove Näver was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stellan Abelsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute, Åke Back hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harald Tomasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Krister Svanér tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Ankeborgs Plättarna's Krister Svanér got control of the ball when Harald Tomasson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 21 minutes in the game Joar Paulin did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jens-Ove Söderqvist. After 23 minutes of play, Ankeborgs Plättarna's Jens-Ove Näver made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stellan Abelsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 27th minute, Jens Lundström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Jens-Ove Näver ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stellan Abelsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 36th minute Jens-Ove Söderqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krister Svanér saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Ingemarsson hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Harald Tomasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Stellan Abelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Näver in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jens-Ove Söderqvist was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jens-Ove Näver in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stellan Abelsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 57 minutes into the game, Jens-Ove Näver cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Stellan Abelsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ankeborgs Plättarna's Alexander Wallmark managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Martin Hellström in the 64 minute of the game. In the 64thth minute of the game Jens-Ove Näver who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Groose FC's Stellan Abelsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After taking down the ball on Ankeborgs Plättarna's corner Åke Back fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Stellan Abelsson quite easily take care of the ball. Groose FC were furious when Jens Lundström was red carded, 67 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Groose FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Ankeborgs Plättarna a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jens-Ove Näver, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Groose FC's Stellan Abelsson. 0-5. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Jens-Ove Söderqvist sped through Ankeborgs Plättarna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Krister Svanér. Ankeborgs Plättarna's attentive Alexander Wallmark managed to snatch the ball when Martin Hellström made a throw-in in the 78th minute of the game. Krister Svanér showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Ove Söderqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Robert Ingemarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Stellan Abelsson made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Åke Back sent off a good shot on target. Stellan Abelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Näver in the 92nd minute of play. Groose FC's Christian Hammarberg quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Stig Malm, made in the 94th minute of the game.
