In the 6th minute Allan Hammarberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torsten Henning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Screaming Eagles's Kjell Lindberg got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute, Esbjörn Engström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Allan Hammarberg in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Torsten Henning saved Grangärde from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gösta Kaxe in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Snorre Ollongren saved Screaming Eagles from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Allan Hammarberg in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Torsten Henning saved Grangärde from getting behind. Torsten Henning made an important save on a dangerous shot by Allan Hammarberg in the 29th minute. Allan Hammarberg in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Torsten Henning, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Grangärde's Gösta Kaxe got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 38 minutes of play, Grangärde's Alfons Jansson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Snorre Ollongren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Grangärde's Torsten Henning proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Grangärde from getting a goal against them. Torsten Henning was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Sebastian Henriksson. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Allan Hammarberg made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Grangärde's goal looked a bit too open when Esbjörn Engström came free, but Torsten Henning reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torsten Henning took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allan Hammarberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gösta Kaxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Snorre Ollongren having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Alfons Jansson made a precise shot to the right of Snorre Ollongren. Screaming Eagles's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 80 minutes into the game, Grangärde's Gösta Kaxe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Snorre Ollongren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Torsten Henning stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Allan Hammarberg's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Bertil Hermansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Snorre Ollongren having to interfere. After having played for 92 minutes, Gösta Kaxe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grangärde's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gösta Kaxe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jarl Danielsson hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute of the match Emanuel Sundén shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Torsten Henning showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Grangärde's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
