Rickard Nyström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Sten Muren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sten Muren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dag Skarkman in the 34th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Dick Holmgren notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gullholmen's David Morat.
