Jan-Olof Bergman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kåre Sjödin lost his temper 15 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Olov Blomqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hjalmar Spetz in the 17th minute of play. Kåge BF's Jan-Olof Bergman got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Marcus Eliasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 26 minutes of play, Kåge BF's Andreas King made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olov Blomqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lars-Erik Wik in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olov Blomqvist saved Bagarmossen from getting behind. Bagarmossen's Olov Blomqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars-Erik Wik in the 29th minute of play. Jan-Olof Bergman struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Olov Blomqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kåge BF. Kåge BF's Roland Backman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sören Kruuse in the 44th minute of play. Sören Kruuses short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Roland Backman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sören Kruuse made a kick off. Olov Blomqvist was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Janusz Tipinski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Janusz Tipinski really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. With a little luck, Bagarmossen's Olov Blomqvist got control of the ball when Jan-Olof Bergman tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bagarmossen's goalkeeper Olov Blomqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marcus Eliasson hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 65 played minutes Kåge BF got a freekick which was hit by Janusz Tipinski. After 67 minutes, Lars-Erik Wik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kåge BF and the Bagarmossen players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bagarmossen booed when Kåge BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars-Erik Wik didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute Sören Kruuse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Backman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sören Kruuse charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sören Kruuse the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Bagarmossen getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Sören Kruuse hit a great ball. Olov Blomqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas King, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Kåge BF's Jan-Olof Bergman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Olov Blomqvist. Olov Blomqvist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Bagarmossen's Olov Blomqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas King in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute Kåge BF were awarded a corner. Hjalmar Spetz went to the cornerflag to take it. 86 minutes into the match, Kåge BF's goal looked a bit too open when Sören Kruuse came free, but Roland Backman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Kåge BF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
