The Kloakdykarnas KF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emil Bruse should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Åke Apelkvist in the 20th minute of play forced Kloakdykarnas KF's goalkeeper Emil Bruse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kenny Alström took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emil Bruse. Emil Bruse dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. 24 minutes into the match, Lars Wallgren notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Kloakdykarnas KF's Emil Bruse. Emil Bruse was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 27th minute, Kenny Alström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emil Bruse was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. After the first half Jubilo Iwata were leading 0-10. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The crowd rose to their feet as Jubilo Iwata's Lars Wallgren slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emil Bruse. That made the score 0-11 after 52 minutes of play. In the 55th minute Emil Delin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Bruse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Kenny Alström made a precise shot to the right of Emil Bruse. Kloakdykarnas KF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-13. 72 minutes into the match, Karl-Åke Apelkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emil Bruse. Kloakdykarnas KF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karl-Åke Apelkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-16. Andreas Holmberg kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Karl-Åke Apelkvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Emil Bruse made a huge save. Emil Bruse made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Kenny Alström sent off a good shot on target. Kenny Alström didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-17 via right post in the game's 80th minute. Jubilo Iwata's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! After 83 minutes of play, Jubilo Iwata's Emil Delin made it 0-18 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emil Bruse was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emil Bruse made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Kenny Alström sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Karl-Åke Apelkvist kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emil Bruse. That made the score 0-20 in the 90 minute of play. If Kenny Alström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the game, Viggo Norberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kloakdykarnas KF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jubilo Iwata the free kick. After a rather tough play, Kloakdykarnas KF's Viggo Norberg got a free kick in the 95th minute. Emil Bruse was a little too slow when Karl-Åke Apelkvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 97th minute. The score was now 0-21. The Kloakdykarnas KF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Jubilo Iwata were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
