Klitor IS's Recep Tayyip Tekke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Beltrán in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Klitor IS's goalkeeper Recep Tayyip Tekke, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, Lucas Beltrán notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Klitor IS's Recep Tayyip Tekke. Recep Tayyip Tekke was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Lucas Beltrán put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Recep Tayyip Tekke. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Smolarek in the 26th minute of play forced Klitor IS's goalkeeper Recep Tayyip Tekke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Recep Tayyip Tekke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Smolarek in the 27th minute of the match. In the 30thth minute of the game Lucas Beltrán who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Klitor IS's Recep Tayyip Tekke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Recep Tayyip Tekke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Beltrán in the 31st minute of play. If Lucas Beltrán had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The Vetevendosje FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan Smolarek to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Jan Smolarek recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Recep Tayyip Tekke.
