Varnhem IK's Aron Arhenius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesper Bergman in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugo Käcker in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aron Arhenius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kenny Sundberg hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. It was beautiful to see Gnisvärd bk's Sonny Lundberg in action when he in the 16th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After 19 minutes of play, Gnisvärd bk's Hugo Käcker made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aron Arhenius was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aron Arhenius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philip Lönn in the 27th minute of play. Daho Arrache's late challenge caught a Gnisvärd bk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daho Arrache helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 30 minutes, Daho Arrache managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Varnhem IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daho Arrache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 32nd minute, Hugo Käcker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gnisvärd bk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Philip Lönn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Daho Arrache came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Varnhem IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daho Arrache couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute, Daho Arrache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sven Månsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hugo Käcker to strike the kick off in the second half. Daniel Nordin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Kämpe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aron Arhenius had great luck who in the 55thth minute grab hold of the ball when Hugo Käcker from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 56th minute, Kenny Sundberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aron Arhenius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Käcker in the 61st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jesper Bergman got free with Aron Arhenius in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 64 minutes Varnhem IK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sonny Lundberg who took care of the corner kick. Daniel Nordin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daho Arrache in the 68th minute of play. In the 69thth minute of the game Hugo Käcker who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Varnhem IK's Aron Arhenius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gnisvärd bk's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sonny Lundberg in the 72nd minute. After taking down the ball on Gnisvärd bk's corner Sonny Lundberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aron Arhenius quite easily take care of the ball. Philip Lönn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Aron Arhenius made a huge save. 79 minutes into the match, Gnisvärd bk's goal looked a bit too open when Daho Arrache came free, but Daniel Nordin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Varnhem IK's Aron Arhenius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Käcker in the 85th minute of play. The supporters of Gnisvärd bk booed when Varnhem IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Koch didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89thth minute of the game Jesper Bergman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Varnhem IK's Aron Arhenius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jesper Bergman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Philip Lönn got free with Aron Arhenius in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
