Spectators: 7677 (Terracing: 5758, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Thor Sandberg started the match with the kick off. Eddie Lindqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eddie Lindqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 2nd match minute, IFK Tallkotte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eddie Lindqvist to maneuver through the defense. In the 9thth minute of the game Thor Sandberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gunnah FC's Ove Anselius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13th minute, Åke Sjögren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IFK Tallkotte fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 16thth minute of the game Thor Sandberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gunnah FC's Ove Anselius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Gunnah FC defense, Olof Sundström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ove Anselius. The Gunnah FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ove Anselius should have stopped the shot. Adrian Ekberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gunnah FC's Ove Anselius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thor Sandberg in the 29th minute of play. Ted Boshuis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ove Anselius came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by IFK Tallkotte's Olof Sundström. But to his dismay, Olof Sundström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 39 minutes into the game, Thor Sandberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Ove Anselius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 41st match minute, Gunnah FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egil Jansson to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thor Sandberg in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ove Anselius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 44 minutes into the match, Thor Sandberg notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Gunnah FC's Ove Anselius. Ove Anselius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ove Anselius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thor Sandberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half IFK Tallkotte were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arif Memduh Teber made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Ted Boshuis notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of IFK Tallkotte's Michael Hydén. Michael Hydén was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 55 played minutes IFK Tallkotte got a freekick which was hit by Lukas Isaksson. After having played for 57 minutes, Åke Sjögren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IFK Tallkotte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Åke Sjögren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ove Anselius was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Thor Sandberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Thor Sandberg really showed his touch with that goal: 2-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olof Sundström in the 68th minute of play forced Gunnah FC's goalkeeper Ove Anselius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Arif Memduh Teber notched a goal, 3-7, to the right of IFK Tallkotte's Michael Hydén. Michael Hydén was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ove Anselius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Sjögren in the 77th minute of play. Åke Sjögren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Ove Anselius made a huge save. After 80 played minutes Gunnah FC got a freekick which was hit by Egil Anselius. After 82 minutes of play, IFK Tallkotte's Thor Sandberg made it 3-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ove Anselius was left in no man's land by his defense there! 89 minutes into the game, IFK Tallkotte's Thor Sandberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ove Anselius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-9. Egil Anselius's late challenge caught a IFK Tallkotte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Egil Anselius helped the player get up and apologised. Egil Anselius kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Thor Sandberg took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ove Anselius. Ove Anselius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-10.
