The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hampus Karlstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Eudoxio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Säffle's Niklas Bröms got control of the ball when Michael Billvall tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Michael Billvall's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Niklas Bröms was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Eustacio Eudoxio scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hampus Karlstedt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th minute, Per Hedlund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hampus Karlstedt was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Per Hedlund in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hampus Karlstedt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hampus Karlstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Hedlund in the 29th minute of play. Michael Billvall's late challenge caught a Säffle's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Michael Billvall helped the player get up and apologised. In the 30th minute, Michael Billvall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustacio Eudoxio in the 31st minute of play forced Dalbypajka's goalkeeper Hampus Karlstedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Eustacio Eudoxio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Säffle fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Hampus Karlstedt came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Säffle's Per Hedlund. But to his dismay, Per Hedlund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After 39 played minutes Säffle got a freekick which was hit by Per Hedlund. The supporters of Säffle booed when Dalbypajka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Billvall didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th match minute, Dalbypajka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven-Erik Bröms to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Dalbypajka's David Bergdal got a free kick in the 46th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Asbjørn Wibe made a kick off. Per Hedlund's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 50thth minute, Hampus Karlstedt skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Silviu Cigu kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Säffle's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
