Bill Fitzpatrick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Linus Ekegren having to interfere. A collision led to FC NILS getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Tim Nordlund hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bill Fitzpatrick in the 19th minute of play forced Bara's goalkeeper Linus Ekegren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Bara's goal looked a bit too open when Zebastian Palmkvist came free, but Linus Ekegren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, FC NILS's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Palos came free, but Åke Utter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC NILS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The referee showed Ove Bergfeldt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Bara's Ove Bergfeldt got a free kick in the 51st minute. 66 minutes into the match, FC NILS's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Palos came free, but Åke Utter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Bara's goalkeeper Linus Ekegren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bill Fitzpatrick. Filip Örtlund had several of the Bara's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 92 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Linus Ekegren as he didn't even see the shot coming. Linus Ekegren made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Florencio Gaueko sent off a good shot on target. FC NILS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
