In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kullavik FF's goalkeeper Yngve Lägdin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Motståndarlaget's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Matthias Ahlfors was slow to take the kick. During this time Kullavik FF's players had a chance to rest. The crowd rose to their feet as Kullavik FF's Anders Hamberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Thomas Ravelli. That made the score 2-0 after 20 minutes of play. After 24 minutes Motståndarlaget's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Matthias Ahlfors who took care of the corner kick. After some careless play in the Motståndarlaget defense, Wiktor Nyberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomas Ravelli. The Motståndarlaget fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomas Ravelli should have stopped the shot. Kullavik FF's Yngve Lägdin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jano Maciel in the 31st minute of play. Thomas Ravelli stood somewhat misplaced when Nils Busk came free in front of goal and shot 4-0 to the left of him in the 34 minute. 38 minutes into the match, Kullavik FF's goal looked a bit too open when Rob Toppinen came free, but Yngve Lägdin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Motståndarlaget's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Busk came free, but Thomas Ravelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jano Maciel to make the kick off. If Lennart Browall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Motståndarlaget booed when Kullavik FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudolf Allbom didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Nils Busk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kullavik FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Nils Busk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomas Ravelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kullavik FF made a substitution. Torsten Berggren replaced Arvin Almstedt. Thomas Ravelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Busk in the 74th minute of the match. Nils Busk struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Thomas Ravelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl Tolsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The tension between the Kullavik FF and the Motståndarlaget players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kullavik FF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Motståndarlaget had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
