But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lewis James couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute Edmund Scislowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pelle Adelsköld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Slottsskogens IK's goal looked a bit too open when Edmund Scislowicz came free, but Pelle Adelsköld reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, Vilgot Källberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Slottsskogens IK's Torbjörn Carlsson got a free kick in the 13th minute. Charlie Nyström made in the 17th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Niklas Westerstrand however managed to control. Alexander Brogren's late challenge caught a Skollholmen FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexander Brogren helped the player get up and apologised. After 22 played minutes Slottsskogens IK got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Brogren. Pelle Adelsköld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lewis James in the 24th minute of the match. Edmund Scislowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 28th minute Lewis James shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pelle Adelsköld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Skollholmen FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Niklas Westerstrand in the 29th minute. A well done corner resulted in Michael Python drilling the ball in to score 0-1 behind Slottsskogens IK's goalkeeper. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Slottsskogens IK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Niklas Westerstrand was slow to take the kick. During this time Skollholmen FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Skollholmen FC's corner Niklas Westerstrand fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pelle Adelsköld quite easily take care of the ball. Pelle Adelsköld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Scislowicz in the 37th minute of the match. Pelle Adelsköld took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lewis James, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lewis James had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sebastian Uggla fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slottsskogens IK's protests and gave Sebastian Uggla a yellow card for diving instead. Sebastian Uggla kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Lewis James who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Pelle Adelsköld when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pelle Adelsköld didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmund Scislowicz went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Måns Sigfridsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Uggla in the 75th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Skollholmen FC's Pelle Adelsköld threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edmund Scislowicz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Slottsskogens IK's Pelle Adelsköld played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niklas Westerstrand in the 79th minute of play. Slottsskogens IK's Pelle Adelsköld proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Slottsskogens IK from getting a goal against them. 83 minutes into the match, Slottsskogens IK's Christer Duset sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Måns Sigfridsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pelle Adelsköld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Scislowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After 93 minutes, Lewis James mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skollholmen FC and the Slottsskogens IK players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match was over Skollholmen FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Slottsskogens IK throughout the match.
