In the 4th minute Pascual Markel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörgen Classon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mario Mendez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jörgen Classon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mario Mendez's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Mendez in the 18th minute of play forced FC Ibra's goalkeeper Jörgen Classon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, FC LauB's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Deckbergh came free, but Rutger Danielsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 29 played minutes FC LauB got a freekick which was hit by Augusto da Cunha. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Benjamin Deckbergh managed to get in a good position for a shot. A collision led to FC Ibra getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Jonatan Västerberg hit a great ball. After 43 played minutes FC Ibra got a freekick which was hit by Staffan Hermansson. The supporters of FC LauB booed when FC Ibra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo Hamberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mario Mendez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Claes Hegg kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Jörgen Classon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ander Lepist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The shot was a little too simple and Jörgen Classon could save by the left post. 87 minutes into the match, FC Ibra's goalkeeper Jörgen Classon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascual Markel. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Pascual Markel took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Jörgen Classon to make any attempt to save it. The FC Ibra fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC LauB were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
