The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bygdeträsk IF's Morgan Bergstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingemar Tolsson in the 4th minute of play. Ola Pålsson hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Mörbyhus Palace's Wlodzimierz Dawiec got control of the ball when Adrian Godholm tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute, Linus Hellsing made a precise shot to the right of Morgan Bergstedt. Bygdeträsk IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. A collision led to Bygdeträsk IF getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ivar Björling hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the match, Kenny Valrot notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Bygdeträsk IF's Morgan Bergstedt. Morgan Bergstedt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Morgan Bergstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Nyberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute Ola Pålsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wlodzimierz Dawiec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ola Pålsson in the 39th minute of play forced Mörbyhus Palace's goalkeeper Wlodzimierz Dawiec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Morgan Bergstedt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tobias Nyberg's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Morgan Bergstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Nyberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Mörbyhus Palace fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Mörbyhus Palace's Kenny Valrot looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

Mörbyhus Palace's Andreas Axelsson was substituted for Einar Örtlund. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ingemar Tolsson to make the kick off. Kenny Valrot scored 0-6 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Morgan Bergstedt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Martin Söderqwist, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 59 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Morgan Bergstedt was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 60th minute, Kenny Carlsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mörbyhus Palace fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. In the 74thth minute of the game Kenny Carlsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bygdeträsk IF's Morgan Bergstedt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Per Sundström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Morgan Bergstedt made a huge save. Kenny Valrot took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Morgan Bergstedt. Morgan Bergstedt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. Henrik Giliusson kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Morgan Bergstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingemar Tolsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Bygdeträsk IF's goal looked a bit too open when Ingemar Tolsson came free, but Morgan Bergstedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Morgan Bergstedt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per Sundström went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-11 was the resulting score. Morgan Bergstedt came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by Mörbyhus Palace's Kenny Carlsson. But to his dismay, Kenny Carlsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-12. When the match was over Mörbyhus Palace could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bygdeträsk IF throughout the match.
