In the 13th minute Henry Hermansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomir Majczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute Nils-Emil Forsman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingmar Håkansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stig-Åke Söderman scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Radomir Majczyk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Åke Söderman in the 37th minute of play forced Blenta FF's goalkeeper Radomir Majczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Birger Henriksson during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Birger Henriksson hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Åke Söderman in the 46th minute of play forced Blenta FF's goalkeeper Radomir Majczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nils-Emil Forsman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pelle Pihlgren's late challenge caught a Blenta FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pelle Pihlgren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th minute, Pelle Pihlgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blenta FF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Stig-Åke Söderman 67 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-5. Emil Holmberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Radomir Majczyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 73 played minutes Vätö got a freekick which was hit by Evert Sörman. Blenta FF's Radomir Majczyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig-Åke Söderman in the 79th minute of play. Radomir Majczyk made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Henry Hermansson sent off a good shot on target. Nils-Emil Forsman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingmar Håkansson having to interfere. In the 94th match minute, Blenta FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Emil Forsman to maneuver through the defense. When Vätö's Stig-Åke Söderman in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Blenta FF's goalie prevented a goal. Vätö's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
