Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Vidar Kilman made the kick off which started today's match. Erik Vidman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sune Västlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 7th minute Sune Västlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Vidman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Joel Wennersten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Malmens FF's Vidar Kilman got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Tor Ekström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute, Höganäs BF's Sune Västlund ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Erik Vidman. Erik Vidman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sune Västlund in the 31st minute of play forced Malmens FF's goalkeeper Erik Vidman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elliott Flinck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vidar Kilman's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Henry Moberg kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Höganäs BF's Harry Carlsson tried to score from far away in the 40th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sune Västlund in the 42nd minute of play forced Malmens FF's goalkeeper Erik Vidman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Höganäs BF's zone, Joel Wennersten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elliott Flinck came out of the goal and Joel Wennersten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oscar Lindholm charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oscar Lindholm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Malmens FF booed when Höganäs BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Lindholm didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sune Västlund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Vidar Kilman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malmens FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Vidar Kilman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elliott Flinck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 53 minutes, Joel Wennersten managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malmens FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Wennersten was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 54 minutes, Tor Ekström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Malmens FF and the Höganäs BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tor Ekström hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. During the 56th minute of the match Oscar Lindholm completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Oscar Lindholm a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 57th minute, Oscar Lindholm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vidar Kilman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliott Flinck having to interfere. In the 64th minute Folke Brandt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Vidman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elliott Flinck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vidar Kilman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute of the match Karl Kinnman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elliott Flinck skillfully saved the ball. In the 78th minute Folke Brandt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Vidman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Malmens FF's goal looked a bit too open when Folke Brandt came free, but Erik Vidman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Malmens FF's Vidar Kilman got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Malmens FF's goalkeeper Erik Vidman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henry Moberg during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Henry Moberg kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Vidar Kilman struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Elliott Flinck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malmens FF. The Höganäs BF players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
