Spectators: 7436 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Christer Lindström started the match with the kick off. Niklas Skarkman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christer Lindström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christer Lindström's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Niklas Skarkman firmly grabbed it by the left post. Torgny Snell hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the match, Höglunda IK's goalkeeper Niklas Skarkman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christer Lindström. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samuel Asplund during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Samuel Asplund kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Niklas Skarkman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arvid Holm in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Arvid Holm recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Niklas Skarkman. Arvid Holm showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Christer Lindström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niklas Skarkman having to make a save. Christer Lindström struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Niklas Skarkman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Asarums Gois. 41 minutes into the game, Kristoffer Frisck cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Richard Johnsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thomas Boklund to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Asarums Gois's Karl-Axel Granqvist got a free kick in the 51st minute. Richard Johnsson acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 52nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Samuel Asplund. In the 53rd minute, Kristoffer Frisck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Johnsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Niklas Skarkman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christer Lindström in the 59th minute of the match. Christer Lindström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niklas Skarkman having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christer Lindström in the 64th minute of play forced Höglunda IK's goalkeeper Niklas Skarkman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig Eckegren's late challenge caught a Asarums Gois's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stig Eckegren helped the player get up and apologised. Richard Johnsson came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Höglunda IK's Conny Deckbergh. But to his dismay, Conny Deckbergh quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Christer Lindström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Niklas Skarkman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 83 minutes, Karl-Axel Granqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Asarums Gois's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl-Axel Granqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 90 minutes of play, Asarums Gois's Christer Lindström made it 4-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Niklas Skarkman was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Christer Lindström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Höglunda IK's Kristoffer Frisck in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Asarums Gois's goalie prevented a goal. Höglunda IK were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
