Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jonny Björk got the match started through his kick off. Karlskrona IK's Karl-Åke Sjögren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sonny Dahlman in the 2nd minute of play. After 4 played minutes Mago de Oz got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Berto. Richard Lange showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonny Björk in the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the game, Jonny Björk recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Richard Lange. Jonny Björk showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Richard Lange made an important save on a dangerous shot by Philip Lundqvist in the 11th minute. Kurt Myhr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Lange having to interfere. Alexander Tunander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Philip Lundqvist came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Karlskrona IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Philip Lundqvist couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the game, Jonny Björk recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Richard Lange. Jonny Björk showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Karl-Åke Sjögren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemesio Berto in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Jonny Björk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl-Åke Sjögren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Ennegren in the 36th minute of play. Philip Lundqvist took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Richard Lange. Richard Lange dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 45th minute, Elias Ennegren made a precise shot to the right of Karl-Åke Sjögren. Karlskrona IK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nemesio Berto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Jonny Björk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Richard Lange. Mago de Oz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonny Björk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonny Björk in the 57th minute of play forced Mago de Oz's goalkeeper Richard Lange to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Mago de Oz's goal looked a bit too open when Jonny Björk came free, but Richard Lange reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonny Björk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Lange having to interfere. The supporters of Karlskrona IK booed when Mago de Oz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olof Öberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roger Haraldsson charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roger Haraldsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 67 played minutes Mago de Oz got a freekick which was hit by Roger Haraldsson. Richard Lange took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonny Björk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jakob Jonasson kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. A collision led to Mago de Oz getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Niklas Glanselius hit a great ball. Richard Lange showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philip Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After 79 played minutes Mago de Oz got a freekick which was hit by Roger Haraldsson. After 84 minutes of play, Karlskrona IK's Jonny Björk made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Richard Lange was left in no man's land by his defense there! 87 minutes into the match, Karlskrona IK's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Sjögren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nemesio Berto. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Karlskrona IK fully deserved thier win.
