Olle Bröms scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl-Åke Sjögren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Knipan IF's Amadeu Pombal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Knipan IF from getting a goal against them. With his leg Amadeu Pombal managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Karlskrona IK's Kurt Myhr fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 10 minutes into the match, Olle Bröms notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Karlskrona IK's Karl-Åke Sjögren. Karl-Åke Sjögren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Karlskrona IK defense, Olle Bröms kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karl-Åke Sjögren. The Karlskrona IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karl-Åke Sjögren should have stopped the shot. In the 25thth minute of the game Olle Bröms who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karlskrona IK's Karl-Åke Sjögren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Karlskrona IK's Karl-Åke Sjögren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magnus Gallin in the 26th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Magnus Gallin notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Karlskrona IK's Karl-Åke Sjögren. Karl-Åke Sjögren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 29th minute, Edmund Söderquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Kurt Myhr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Olle Bröms sped through Karlskrona IK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Karl-Åke Sjögren. Knipan IF's Fredric Söderqvist managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jim Kronhage in the 46 minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olle Bröms in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl-Åke Sjögren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Karlskrona IK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Knipan IF were winning 0-5.

Knipan IF made a substitution. Edgar Nordin replaced Magnus Gallin. Knipan IF's Gunnar Dalberg was substituted for Rutger Boman. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgar Nordin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Amadeu Pombal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philip Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Amadeu Pombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonny Björk in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Karlskrona IK's goal looked a bit too open when Olle Bröms came free, but Karl-Åke Sjögren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Karlskrona IK's zone, Olle Bröms stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Åke Sjögren came out of the goal and Olle Bröms tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olle Bröms came free with the goalkeeper in the 65th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Karl-Åke Sjögren could save by the left post. Amadeu Pombal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philip Lundqvist in the 67th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Edmund Moberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute of the match Jakob Jonasson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amadeu Pombal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Amadeu Pombal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonny Björk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonny Björk in the 72nd minute of play forced Knipan IF's goalkeeper Amadeu Pombal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute of the match Knipan IF got a corner. Karlskrona IK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dick Näfver ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well done corner resulted in Olle Bröms drilling the ball in to score 0-6 behind Karlskrona IK's goalkeeper. The supporters of Karlskrona IK booed when Knipan IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Nordin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the game, Olle Bröms cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Karl-Åke Sjögren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 86 minutes into the match, Knipan IF's goal looked a bit too open when Jonny Björk came free, but Amadeu Pombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonny Björk struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Amadeu Pombal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karlskrona IK. Amadeu Pombal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonny Björk, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 91st match minute, Knipan IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Bern to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Philip Lundqvist in the 95th minute of play forced Knipan IF's goalkeeper Amadeu Pombal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Åke Sjögren made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Olle Bröms sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 97 in the game by Edgar Nordin from a close distance when the talented Karl-Åke Sjögren managed to make a qualified save. Karlskrona IK's players were relieved. The Knipan IF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Knipan IF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
