The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Robert Sangrigoli notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Falavelia AFC's Mats Hammarberg. Mats Hammarberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Egon Flinck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Morgan Asklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th match minute, Falavelia AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stellan Vennerdal to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 7 minutes, Aron Sundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Troligt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aron Sundberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8thth minute of the game Kuzman Nedyalkov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Troligt's Morgan Asklund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Sangrigoli in the 10th minute of play forced Falavelia AFC's goalkeeper Mats Hammarberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th match minute, FC Troligt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joar Apelqvist to maneuver through the defense. Mats Hammarberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelino Nabar in the 15th minute of play. FC Troligt were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Falavelia AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Robert Sangrigoli took the corner. The corner led to FC Troligt's Jonas Högberg getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Mats Hammarberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aron Sundberg in the 24th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl-Ove Lägdin got free with Morgan Asklund in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When FC Troligt's Robert Sangrigoli in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Falavelia AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 29th match minute, Falavelia AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Lövkvist to maneuver through the defense. 32 minutes into the game, Falavelia AFC's Kuzman Nedyalkov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Morgan Asklund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Mats Hammarberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Sangrigoli in the 35th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Falavelia AFC's Kuzman Nedyalkov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Morgan Asklund. That made the score 2-1 after 40 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kuzman Nedyalkov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Morgan Asklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Ove Lägdin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuzman Nedyalkov in the 63rd minute of play forced FC Troligt's goalkeeper Morgan Asklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Morgan Asklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claes Hylander in the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th minute of the match Falavelia AFC got a corner. FC Troligt's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stellan Vennerdal ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Falavelia AFC's Stellan Vennerdal to fire away a dangerous shot which Morgan Asklund despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Falavelia AFC's Mats Hammarberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Sangrigoli in the 70th minute of play. Mats Hammarberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Sangrigoli in the 73rd minute of play. Mats Hammarberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Sangrigoli, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 79 minutes into the game, when Joel Nardo put in a rough tackle. 78 minutes into the game, one of FC Troligt:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Stellan Vennerdal placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 87th minute Kuzman Nedyalkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Morgan Asklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Egon Flinck came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Falavelia AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egon Flinck couldn't finish the play. FC Troligt's Robert Sangrigoli got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
