Spectators: 7721 (Terracing: 5792, Seating: 1775, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Birger Sefastsson kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Ivan Samuelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mats Hammarberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivan Samuelsson got in the 5th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Mats Hammarberg handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After 5 minutes, Ivan Samuelsson made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Falavelia AFC's Mats Hammarberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mats Hammarberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Birger Sefastsson's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Kuzman Nedyalkov kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Kuzman Nedyalkovs short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Andreas Axelsson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Andreas Axelsson made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Kuzman Nedyalkov sent off a good shot on target. After 18 played minutes Falavelia AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dan Eklund. Andreas Axelsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Karl-Ove Lägdin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 23 minute of play. Karl-Ove Lägdin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Norrkila FC's Teobald Bejrut got a free kick in the 31st minute. Mats Hammarberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birger Sefastsson in the 39th minute of play. Kenny Gunnarsson was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 40 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Norrkila FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kuzman Nedyalkov was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Falavelia AFC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Jens-Erik Sandwall hit a great ball. After having played for 55 minutes, Kuzman Nedyalkov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Falavelia AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kuzman Nedyalkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 59th minute, Kuzman Nedyalkov made a precise shot to the right of Andreas Axelsson. Norrkila FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Karl-Ove Lägdin's late challenge caught a Norrkila FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl-Ove Lägdin helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Norrkila FC booed when Falavelia AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Ove Lägdin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Birger Sefastsson came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Norrkila FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birger Sefastsson couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Lukas Fågel took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Mats Hammarberg to make any attempt to save it. 72 minutes into the match, Karl-Ove Lägdin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andreas Axelsson. Norrkila FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karl-Ove Lägdin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. In the 75th minute of the match Lukas Fågel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mats Hammarberg skillfully saved the ball. Norrkila FC's Andreas Axelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egon Flinck in the 76th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Egon Flinck in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andreas Axelsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Karl-Ove Lägdin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andreas Axelsson was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. In the 80th minute of the match Falavelia AFC got a corner. Norrkila FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stellan Vennerdal ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Falavelia AFC's Stellan Vennerdal to fire away a dangerous shot which Andreas Axelsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Falavelia AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
