With his leg Jerry Stål managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when BK Gunilla's Pål Östlund fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Otto Skräddare's late challenge caught a HullaBoys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Otto Skräddare helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th match minute, BK Gunilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otto Skräddare to maneuver through the defense. Birger Mattsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Axel Thidén. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Birger Mattsson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 15th minute Pål Östlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerry Stål saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th match minute, BK Gunilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otto Skräddare to maneuver through the defense. 尹光岩 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Thidén having to interfere. In the 21st minute Pål Östlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerry Stål saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the last second Jerry Stål throw himself and got hold of the ball when Pål Östlund in the 23rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Greger Barck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Thidén having to interfere. A hard shot 32 in the game by Pål Östlund from a close distance when the talented Jerry Stål managed to make a qualified save. HullaBoys's players were relieved. 33 minutes into the game, Pål Östlund lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Jerry Stål. The crowd rose to their feet as Pål Östlund kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jerry Stål. That made the score 2-0 in the 38 minute of play. When HullaBoys's Jan-Ove Forss in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BK Gunilla's goalie prevented a goal. BK Gunilla's Timmy Skog got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Jan-Ove Forss made the kick off in the second half. After 53rd play minutes Pål Östlund shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Jerry Stål and just under the crossbar into goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pål Östlund in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerry Stål prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 63rd minute, Greger Barck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Timmy Skog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerry Stål took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pål Östlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69thth minute of the game Pål Östlund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HullaBoys's Jerry Stål was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Greger Barck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerry Stål stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pål Östlund's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. In the 76th minute, one of BK Gunilla:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BK Gunilla. Axel Thidén had in the 78thth minute some difficulties stopping 尹光岩's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 83 minutes into the match, HullaBoys's Greger Barck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Axel Thidén narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 88th minute Timmy Skog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerry Stål saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Otto Smitt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Jerry Stål was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jerry Stål made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otto Smitt in the 98th minute of play. BK Gunilla's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
