When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hannes Stolpe made a kick off. FC Nova's attentive Frank Gustavsson managed to snatch the ball when Ingmar Olofsson made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. After 52 minutes, Hannes Stolpe made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Jakobsgatan 01's Antonis Nikopolidis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 56th minute, Hannes Stolpe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Antonis Nikopolidis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Nova's goalkeeper Johannes Riese, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Ingmar Olofsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Nova's Hannes Stolpe got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antonis Nikopolidis made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Hannes Stolpe sent off a good shot on target. An unexpected shot in the 95th minute by Jack Bollström got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Nova had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
