Spectators: 7688 (Terracing: 5767, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 153) Vejbystrand IFK's Elliott Uggla started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Karl-Magnus Sillén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 5 minutes into the match, Vejbystrand's goal looked a bit too open when Elliott Uggla came free, but Evert Ahlén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vejbystrand's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Patrik Hafström was slow to take the kick. During this time Vejbystrand IFK's players had a chance to rest. Vejbystrand's Evert Ahlén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elliott Uggla in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Birger Bålström made a precise shot to the right of Evert Ahlén. Vejbystrand's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jim Fernström's late challenge caught a Vejbystrand IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jim Fernström helped the player get up and apologised. Vejbystrand IFK made a substitution. Olof Klintæus replaced Elliott Uggla. Olof Klintæus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 22 minutes into the match, Vejbystrand's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Botvidsson came free, but Evert Ahlén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olof Klintæus kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Birger Bålström took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evert Ahlén. Evert Ahlén dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Jim Fernström was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 28 minutes had been played. Jim Fernström hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Olof Klintæus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evert Ahlén was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. If Olof Klintæus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Evert Ahlén came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Vejbystrand IFK's Olof Klintæus. But to his dismay, Olof Klintæus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Evert Ahlén didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olof Klintæus went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

In the 54th minute Olof Klintæus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Ahlén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Vejbystrand's goal looked a bit too open when Olof Klintæus came free, but Evert Ahlén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes in the game, Olof Klintæus fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Evert Ahlén having to interfere. Henrik Botvidsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 59th minute Henrik Botvidsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Ahlén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Birger Bålström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Evert Ahlén having to make a save. After 60 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Vejbystrand! Evert Ahlén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olof Klintæus in the 63rd minute of the match. Olof Klintæus scored 0-7 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evert Ahlén, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Olof Klintæus received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Evert Ahlén came out and tried to block the shot, but Olof Klintæus slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 69th minute. With a little luck, Vejbystrand's Evert Ahlén got control of the ball when Leif Lundblad tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Vejbystrand IFK fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Vejbystrand IFK's Olof Klintæus looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-10 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 81st play minutes Olof Klintæus shot 0-11, a short shot which went by Evert Ahlén and just under the crossbar into goal. Vejbystrand's Evert Ahlén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olof Klintæus in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Olof Klintæus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evert Ahlén. Vejbystrand's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olof Klintæus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. After 90 played minutes Vejbystrand IFK got a freekick which was hit by Emil Söder. Joacim Sundin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roy Rosendahl in the 92nd minute of the match. With 96 minutes on the clock, Magne Vallander commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 96 minutes into the game, one of Vejbystrand:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Evert Ahlén, was totally fooled by Vejbystrand IFK's Patrik Hafström, who 99 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.
