An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciej Barycz in the 5th minute of play forced Betsydamlag's goalkeeper 袁洲悦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Betsydamlag's Kjell Browald got a free kick in the 7th minute. 袁洲悦 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Nyberg in the 8th minute of the match. In the 20th minute of the match, Otto Påk tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ronnie Hellström saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonas Hautot in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 袁洲悦 saved Betsydamlag from getting behind. Ronnie Hellström came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Betsydamlag's Otto Påk. But to his dismay, Otto Påk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 34th minute, Kjell Browald ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ronnie Hellström was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Ronnie Hellström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kjell Browald went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score.

If Jonas Hautot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The corner led Betsydamlag's Per-Erik Samuelsson to fire away a dangerous shot which Ronnie Hellström despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Betsydamlag's Joachim Sandwall got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ronnie Hellström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otto Påk, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Gwidon Ranowiecki hit a great ball. Betsydamlag's 袁洲悦 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Betsydamlag from getting a goal against them. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Betsydamlag fans cheered their team off the field, for while Brickebacken if had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
