Kent Lenberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Douglas Sampaio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. David Bergman kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Peter Shilton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esbjörn Bergfelt, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. A collision led to Nahir FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Claes Fribäck hit a great ball. Peter Shilton came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Nahir FC's Esbjörn Bergfelt. But to his dismay, Esbjörn Bergfelt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Nahir FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Kent Lenberg scored to the left of an out of position Douglas Sampaio, making the score, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
