The audience was convinced that Marcus Högberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgar Nyström was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Remigio Leoncio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Nyström having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, My Ace Of Spades's goal looked a bit too open when Remigio Leoncio came free, but Edgar Nyström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Remigio Leoncio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Edgar Nyström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Alfred Glad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Empo FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfred Glad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgar Nyström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edgar Nyström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Spike Delamore in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, My Ace Of Spades's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Glad came free, but Edgar Nyström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kasper Johnsson in the 31st minute of play forced My Ace Of Spades's goalkeeper Edgar Nyström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 minutes Empo FF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sverker Stephansson who took care of the corner kick. Edgar Nyström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isac Mellbad, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 39th minute, Spike Delamore ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Nyström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Shao Yong Yang kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The supporters of My Ace Of Spades booed when Empo FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcus Högberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Shao Yong Yang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Cesare Varglien tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfred Glad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Shao Yong Yang was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Remigio Leoncio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edgar Nyström. That made the score 0-4 in the 53 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Empo FF's Isac Mellbad got a free kick in the 61st minute. Gavino Foro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the match, My Ace Of Spades's goal looked a bit too open when Remigio Leoncio came free, but Edgar Nyström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Spike Delamore took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgar Nyström. Edgar Nyström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. After a rather tough play, Empo FF's Kasper Johnsson got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Edgar Nyström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Glad in the 79th minute of play. Edgar Nyström made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Spike Delamore sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Remigio Leoncio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edgar Nyström. That made the score 0-6 in the 84 minute of play. My Ace Of Spades's Edgar Nyström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Glad in the 87th minute of play. Empo FF were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after My Ace Of Spades's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Isac Mellbad took the corner. Empo FF's Isac Mellbad was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edgar Nyström in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 93 minutes of play, Empo FF's Remigio Leoncio made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgar Nyström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Empo FF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
