Ted Sandberg took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valentin Britz. Valentin Britz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Valentin Britz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ted Sandberg went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. 38 minutes into the game, Paul Felin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arsenal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karlovacko the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Arsenal FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 37th minute. Penalty! In the 39th minute there was a penalty for Karlovacko. Rickard Lund stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Valentin Britz. 0-9. In the 45th minute Ted Sandberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Britz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Gottfrid Sandberg took a quick shot and it went in 1-9 without a chance for Jimmie Wennerström to make any attempt to save it.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ted Sandberg to make the kick off. Ted Sandberg let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 78th minute shot 1-14 at rihgt post. The Karlovacko fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when Karlovacko's Ted Sandberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-15 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 91st minute, Karlovacko's Henry Forsman ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Valentin Britz. Valentin Britz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-16. When Ted Sandberg in the 94th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Valentin Britz kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-17 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Karlovacko's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
