Edwin Lind tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, Jan-Ove Sander had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edwin Lind. 808s & Heartbreak's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan-Ove Sander was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, OTAB UA's Frank Mikaelsson got a free kick in the 8th minute. Roger Hult kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 16thth minute of the game Frank Mikaelsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 808s & Heartbreak's Edwin Lind was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to 808s & Heartbreak getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Matthias Bjurström hit a great ball. Edwin Lind didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Mikaelsson went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, 808s & Heartbreak's Per-Arne Johansson got a free kick in the 24th minute. Edwin Lind didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan-Ove Sander went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After having played for 28 minutes, Jan-Ove Sander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. OTAB UA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan-Ove Sander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The corner led to OTAB UA's Frank Mikaelsson getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Edwin Lind showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Mikaelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Frank Mikaelsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwin Lind having to interfere. After some careless play in the 808s & Heartbreak defense, Jan-Ove Sander kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edwin Lind. The 808s & Heartbreak fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edwin Lind should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan-Ove Sander in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edwin Lind saved 808s & Heartbreak from getting behind. 45 minutes into the match, OTAB UA's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Skark came free, but Arne Andberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The 808s & Heartbreak players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. OTAB UA were winning 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oliver Skark stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edwin Lind showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Mikaelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Mikaelsson in the 56th minute of play forced 808s & Heartbreak's goalkeeper Edwin Lind to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, 808s & Heartbreak's Edwin Lind got control of the ball when Jan-Ove Sander tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in OTAB UA's zone, Sune Vidman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Andberg came out of the goal and Sune Vidman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frank Mikaelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 70 played minutes 808s & Heartbreak got a freekick which was hit by Roger Hult. Edwin Lind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Mikaelsson in the 74th minute of play. Edwin Lind was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Jan-Ove Sander capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jan-Ove Sander really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Oliver Skark's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arne Andberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Jan-Ove Sander took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edwin Lind. Edwin Lind dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. 89 minutes in the game, Jan-Ove Sander fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Edwin Lind having to interfere. After 91 minutes, Alf Fogel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 808s & Heartbreak and the OTAB UA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alf Fogel hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in 808s & Heartbreak's zone, Frank Mikaelsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edwin Lind came out of the goal and Frank Mikaelsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded OTAB UA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than 808s & Heartbreak.
